● Profile Data including your username and password for SonicPhonics, profile picture, purchases or orders you have made with us, content send receive and share through our platform, information you have shared with our social media platforms, and support requests you have made.
● Interaction Data including information you provide to us when you participate in any interactive features, including surveys, contests, promotions, activities or events.
● Marketing and Communications Data including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
● Professional data including where you are a worker of ours or applying for a role with us, your professional history such as your previous positions and professional experience.
Children’s Privacy
Our app is designed for young children, particularly those learning to read. We collect only essential information from child users, limited to first names and learning progress data. This information is used solely to personalise the learning experience and improve our app. For users under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting or using any personal information. Parents or guardians have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting us using the details provided in this policy. We implement robust security measures to protect children’s data and retain it only as long as necessary. We do not use children’s information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for commercial use.
